Program highlights

OX2 offers graduates an 15-18 months Trainee Program to prepare for a successful career at OX2 and our PMT- team. PMT is responsible for OX2’s renewable energy projects and transactions. This includes acquisitions and divestments of large scale renewable energy assets, business and product development and sourcing of new projects – in Sweden and abroad.

• Work in 4 different OX2 departments ranging from Project Management, Transaction (PMT) and Development to Engineering, Procurement & Construction – tailor-made to suit both projects, personality and interest.

A successful match

You will easily fit into the team if you are a top performer, analytical with high numerical skills, highly structured and you have a strong self-awareness. You are curious by nature and enjoy both independent and team work. You are innovative and creative with great people and communication skills in combination with a genuine interest in business, transactions and new technologies. You will most likely hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance and/or Engineering.
