They are in a strong scaleup phase and are now looking for new talents to join the Customer Success team and support new customers to make the most out of the Position Green Platform. They are now looking for service savvy talents with an interest in sustainability careers join in the roles of Plaform Onboarding Managers.

Role and Responsibilities

In the role of Platform Onboarding Manager, you will have the main responsibility for customers’ onboarding to the Position Green Platform, including project management and ensuring a high quality on their measure structure in the Position Green Platform. To achieve this, you will work closely with both the product and the customer. Reporting to our Customer Success Team Lead, you will be part of a team full of knowledge, ambition, and fun, always aiming for excellence in customer service.

As a Platform Onboarding Manager, you will mainly:

  • Manage the onboarding of the customer’s sustainability data into the Position Green Platform so that it corresponds to their needs in collaboration with a Platform Onboarding Analyst.
  • Support in sustainability-related matters according to the customers’ needs.
  • Run meetings throughout the onboarding process in an efficient manner.
  • Be the point of contact for questions from all stakeholders (customer, partners, and others) related to the development of the measure structure.

Qualifications and merits

To thrive in this role, we believe that you enjoy driving your own projects and see the importance of meeting customers’ needs. Customer success and service is key and if you also have some sustainability experience the role will fit you well. Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in customer service, customer success or project management in a B2B environment, preferably SaaS related
  • Keen interest and some experience within sustainability
  • Degree (BSc minimum) within a relevant field such as business, economics, environmental studies, or similar
  • Professional proficiency in English, in both verbal and written communication.

It is also meritorious with:

  • Understanding of calculations of greenhouse gas emissions and emission factors
  • Experience in sustainability reporting, according to common standards such as ESRS, GRI, GHG Protocol, CDP, or TCFD
  • Additional language skills in Swedish or German

Terms

Location: At Position Green’s office in either Malmö or Stockholm.
Start: Available immediately or upon agreement
Recruitment process: Sustainergies will screen applications as they come in and schedule first interviews as soon as possible. If there is a role fit, there will be another Business case interview with Position Green and a final meeting before employment.
