CSRD & Sustainability Student Associate

With the new EU regulations sustainability reporting is evolving rapidly and new ways of collecting and compiling sustainability data are required. Asker Healthcare Group are currently implementing the CSRD framework and are looking for student associates to join the sustainability team!

Responsibilities and learning opportunities

As a student associate your main task will be to support the sustainability team in the preparations to comply with CSRD (ESRS). Based on a materiality analysis and a structured process you will get to work on one section of the regulation at a time and help mapping out the necessary disclosures, identifying gaps in the data that is currently being collected, and compiling new data to meet the regulations.

You will work together with another student and directly with the Group Sustainability Director, Sustainability Manager and Head of ESG, and you can also get to assist in other sustainability projects and tasks during the period. This role is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in ESG-reporting and being on the forefront of working with CSRD in practice.

Qualifications and merits

  • Current studies within in relevant academic programs related to sustainability, business, management, economics or engineering
  • Prior experience in sustainability reporting or handling sustainability/climate data. A good understanding of CSRD is an extra merit.
  • Skilled at data collection and experienced Excel user
  • Professional level English, Swedish language skills are meriting but not mandatory

Terms

Employment: Hourly part-time employment as a student consultant with Sustainergies, to work within the project for Asker Healthcare Group.
Location: Full-remote, hybrid or at an Asker office in Malmö or Stockholm.
Scope: 1-3 days/week until March 2025 or longer. Starting as soon as possible, preferably by mid-August.
