Stockholm Green Digital Finance

Stockholm Green Digital Finance was launched at the G20 GreenInvest Meeting in Berlin in May 2017. The centre is set up to serve as an independent innovation platform and test bed to demonstrate creative solutions for scaling green finance and investment through technology solutions. The team is led by the founder Cecilia Repinski and consists of several experts and resources for each specific project. Stockholm Green Digital Finance also has a broad network amongst sustainable finance actors and Fintech innovators working in partnerships to develop new solutions to effectively deliver positive change at scale.

Your role and responsibilities

As the Project Coordinator it will be your responsibility to keep track of the communication with all project stakeholders, document tasks and results, plan and book meetings, workshops and other events as well as supporting the development team in testing the digital platform for the Green Assets Wallet. You will be expected to work efficiently and thoroughly as an administrator to document meetings, keeping up with email conversations and tracking tasks. You will also be expected to continuously updating the project plan and make sure all stakeholders get the right information at the right time.

The work includes contact with several experts and provide you with ample opportunities to both exercise your project management skills and extend your professional network. You will also learn a lot about sustainable investments, entrepreurship and innovation processes. The project is financed until the end of 2019.

You do not need to be an expert in either finance or tech-innovation, but you should be eager to learn and happy to support the project and team in daily activities. To succeed in the role as a project coordinator, you should recognise yourself in some of the following characteristics:

• A fast learner and doer who enjoys checking tasks of your to-do-list
• A great planner who stays well organised and will keep track of actions for yourself and others
• A good communicator who will take notes, share information and contact anyone necessary
• Highly motivated to work with sustainability or green finance
• Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is required

The details

Role: Full time, project employment with Stockholm Green Digital Finance. Terms and salary to be agreed.
Dates: Starting in April, as soon as possible. Employment expected until December 2019.
Workplace: Work closely with the team at Stockholm Green Digital Finance, at Norrsken House, Stockholm.
