Borders don’t hinder great collaboration – Purple IVY’s experts can work from anywhere! Team members are in Vietnam, Spain, and Sweden, but the company is firmly anchored at its main office on Grevturegatan in Stockholm.

The team consists of some ten consultants, each with unique competencies and backgrounds. They’re adding two new colleagues to the team; a management consultant (you?!) and a sustainability communicator.

What will you do?

You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team that helps companies integrate sustainability into their business models and strategy. Your task will be to analyze the future role of the sector, identify gaps, risks, opportunities and potential new areas of development to help clients rethink how they can best transition towards sustainable businesses, and to work on action plans, roadmaps and frameworks to achieve their visions.

With good knowledge of process mapping, management systems, organizational development, change management and strategic sustainability, you will participate in- or lead projects as part of a wider team in order to achieve the set objectives of the mission. You will:

  • Apply insights and knowledge to help clients navigate rapidly changing business environment.
  • Analyze existing strategies and business models, and support in designing and implementing new, ways of working. .
  • Work with gap analysis, target setting, sustainability standards, impact measurement and frameworks, KPIs & data collection, strategy and materiality assessments.

You are a perfect fit if you

  • Have very good Swedish and English skills – both written and spoken. (For example you should have worked or studied in English for a longer period of time, or have Native level)
  • Are currently studying a master in economics, engineering, management, sustainability leadership or similar.
  • Have a good theoretical and/or practical understanding for corporate business and strategic business models.
  • Have an innovative and creative mind on how to solve problems and you can explain and sell your ideas in a simple way.
  • Have a good theoretical and/or practical holistic understanding for sustainability, and can see business through the eyes of sustainability.
  • It is a merit if you have deep-seated knowledge of climate change, circular economy, social innovation, sustainable finance and the EU Green Deal.
  • As a person you are analytical, take responsibility, are a team player and good at receiving and giving feedback.

Additional information

Type of contract: You will be directly employed by Purple IVY on an assignment basis.
Location: You can work from home or at the Stockholm office (Grevturegatan 30)
Start date: Approximately November 2022
Estimated working period: You will likely work 4-7 days on each project. You will be notified 1-2 weeks before a project starts, so some flexibility from your side is needed.
