National campaign team – ASAP

By the end of August we unleash ASAP – A Sustainability Accelerator Project, with a national student campaign. Join our campaign in the marketing team or the ambassador team, for an unique opportunity to practice your skills and boost students all over Sweden with inspiration and education to really make a difference!

Have you heard about ASAP?

ASAP is a joint effort to accelerate sustainable development. The project is founded by Sustainergies and Ecolabelling Sweden and powered this year by Scania, Samsung and Nordea. Starting with a national campaign in September 2018, we will explore sustainability, provide inspiration and invite 50 selected students to participate in a unique accelerator program. Each partner will contribute with key competencies and insights from their industries, to help empower students to become the future sustainability leaders and change agents we need.

The marketing team

In a team of 2-4 students you will be involved in marketing and communication for the whole project. You will work closely with Sustainergies team and also have contact with the project manager from Ecolabelling Sweden’s marketing division, key contacts from our partners and with support and marketing material from the agency Emakina.

The campaign team will work with content for all platforms, focusing on blog posts for ASAP’s website, content creation and sharing on social media and direct marketing to selected target groups at universities, student unions, media and beyond. ASAP is all about sharing inspiration and insights through great communication, so you should love working with one or many of the following tasks: graphics, photo, movie making, writing texts/copy, social media and marketing. ASAP is all in english, so we’d like to see people who are truly confident navigating that language (especially in writing).

Initially you will focus on how to boost the national campaign between 30th of August – 7th of October. As part of the marketing team you will get to follow along during the exclusive boot camp, to share inspiration and possibly interview with the selected participants.

The ambassador team

As one of the ambassadors you will be local source of inspiration and knowledge at your campus, working to spread the word about ASAP to other students and key contacts at the university. You are acting as the extended arm of ASAPs marketing and campaign team at Sustainergies. Initially you will focus on how to boost and spread the national campaign between 30th of August – 7th of October. The campaign team will work with content for all platforms, digital but also physical, and your role is the key to enable and accelerate the reach. This could include a wide range of task – your imagination is the limit! – for example: put up posters, inspire and engage fellow students and student unions, join our partners during career fairs and share content on social media. For this team we will give priority to students from the following universities: Umeå University, Luleå University of Technology, Stockholm University, Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm School of Economics, Uppsala University / SLU, Linköping University, University of Gothenburg, Chalmers Institute of Technology, Lund University, Malmö University.
