Transformative solutions with GlobalFOCUS
A fantastic chance to work with climate issues on a top level! GlobalFOCUS is currently researching transformative solutions which are to aid us in our struggle for emission reductions. Arne Forstenberg, the executive director, describes this position below, and also hints about the potential for career development.
Would you like to contribute to an amazingly exiting project which is about bringing forward the solutions for a sustainable future? Do you have 10-100 hours to put on research during the coming weeks? Then you should take the chance to join GlobalFOCUS research team. GlobalFOCUS is a global project platform for climate entrepreneurs and has since 2007 been running and contributed to a dozen projects. Right now we are involved in Low Carbon Leaders Project, initiated by among others UN Global Compact and WWF. Within this project we are helping out in the effort to identify 300 transformative solutions, calculating the potential for emission reductions and then presenting them on a smartphone-app/website. Does it sound interesting to volunteer in this exiting context, with many interesting career opportunities around to the corner?
